皂化反应,正交试验分析,急急急急急!!!!!!? 如题,毕业设计时做的实验是地沟油制取肥皂,随收率的三个主要影响因素,NAOH加入量,反应时间,反应温度。然后做了正交分析(三因素三水平),根据均值分别做出了三个因素对收率的影响曲线,都是先升高后降低的曲线。老师非要我说出为什么会先升后降,真不知道啊,为什么先升高还好说,可为什么会降低呢,NAOH加入过多,温度过高,皂化时间过长为什么会收率降低呢?求解释,越详细越好。(为了使反应速率加快,我在油脂和 氢氧化 钠溶液中加入了少量 无水乙醇 ,无水乙醇是 助溶剂 ,对实验本身应该也没影响才对啊)谢谢各位大神!非常急切,在线等!查看更多 5个回答 . 2人已关注
