The Client shall ensure that the Contractor is named as additionalinsured on any insurance policies maintained by Client with respect to theProject for which the Services are being performed and the property where theProject is located or with respect to which the Services are provided, or thatsuch policies contain a waiver of subrogation against the Contractor, itssub-contractors, and their officers, directors, shareholders, agents andemployees.
