OptiTrap[Medallion] is characterized by high mechanical strength and excellent attrition resistance. The “medallion” shape improves flow distribution in reactors compared to conventional spherical materials. It also provides higher void fraction than conventional spheres and rasching rings, which is important in providing a larger reservoir for particulates that are frequently present in feedstocks. SENTRY™ OptiTrap[MacroRing] is an iron guard and particulate-capturing active hollow cylinder. It is designed with large macropores to allow particulates to enter the material, thereby preventing particulate deposition in the bulk catalyst. This material has been developed with superior crush strength and attrition index compared to other hollow cylindrical shapes. SENTRY™ OptiTrap[Ring] is an active, high void fraction, hollow cylinder providing optimal fouling tolerance. It is designed to capture the medium/small particulates that pass through the OptiTrap[MacroRing] in the layer above. In addition, the catalyst activity of OptiTrap[Ring] slows the rate of coking and fouling, thereby protecting the main catalyst bed. MaxTrap[Ni,V]VGO is our most active NiMo catalyst with good HDM activity and metals uptake capacity. In addition to HDM activity, MaxTrap[Ni,V]VGO has good HDS and HDN activity 2.2. First Stage Catalyst The pretreat stage catalyst system in the proposal is ASCENT DN-3551 ASCENT Catalyst Technology is the new alumina technology with improved metals dispersion, significantly increased active metals accessibility due to a balance mixture of Type I and Type II sites. The key features of ASCENT are: High ULSD and HDN performance with reduced hydrogen consumption Improved regeneration allow conventional regeneration and multi-cycle economics ASCENT DN-3551 is our most established pretreat catalyst. DN-3551 has been developed specifically for use with AGO, VGO and a wide range of heavier feedstocks including DAO’s and atmospheric residues. The pore size distribution has been tailored to allow processing of feeds containing higher CCR and metals contents. It is to be used in heavy oil hydrotreaters such as 1st stage hydrocracking and VGO/CFH hydrotreating where diffusion limitations impact catalytic performance. [ ]查看更多2个回答 . 1人已关注
