不锈钢与碳钢接触腐蚀问题? special requirements for handling of stainless steel any contact of stainless steel material with ferrite material must be absolutely avoided during fabrication process. special attention shall be paid to the joint preparation and handling of stainless steel. the stainless steel surface must be prevented from contamination of mild steel or other harmful materials. all temporary attachments, clips, strong backs, bull pins, temporary supports, brackets, spacers, lifting lugs etc. must be of stainless steel or plated with stainless steel. welding of stainless steel parts (also the temporary attachments) shall be done according to the beforehand approved welding procedure specification (wps). the cleanness of the equipment, tools and materials must be monitored continuously during fabrication. all tools, grinding discs etc. shall be suitable for working with austenitic chrome-nickel steel. abrasive discs, grinding materials, brushes and so forth must bear markings that they are suitable for this purpose and well established within workshop personnel. reinforcements, stiffeners or other attachments welded to the stainless steel surfaces can be of carbon steel as per approved drawing but over-alloyed filler materials shall be used and stainless steel surfaces shall be protected against carbon steel grinding or weld splatters etc. carbon steel parts shall be continuously welded to stainless steel, if not otherwise mentioned in drawing. 这是我们对于制作不锈钢产品的一般要求,很明显碳钢与不锈钢一起会生锈,生锈原因英文直译是铁离子污染。 碳钢和不锈钢焊接选用焊材也是有防腐功能的,需要和碳钢焊接或者需要加工成复合板,是因为要同时达到防腐和需要的机械性能,并没有说复合板不会生锈啊。本人做过一些复合板产品,但具体碳钢和不锈钢焊接之间的过渡层需要多久会生锈,本人也不太清楚。查看更多
