摩擦力因素中的commercial 和smooth 的意思? 我假定楼上的用的是htri来答复： htri-control-methods-single phase-shellside / tubeside friction factor method-commercial (default) or smooth htri answer: usually commercial (default) is the appropriate choice for slightly corroded carbon-steel tube. however, the smooth correlation gives a slightly smaller friction factor. consider using that method for non-fouling fluids on smooth surfaces such as copper or stainless steel. as i understand, this friction factor is a main factor of shear stress, and shear stress leads to fouling. so the chioce of "commercial or smooth" is based on tube material, tube surface roughness, stream velocity, stream fouling factor etc. it is recommended to use "commercial (default)" for general service. for some special cases with low fouling , high shear stress and smooth tube surfaces, you can try "smooth" after concurrence with your clients. hope this may help you.查看更多
