请教各位这个反应的机理？ 2-Cyclopentyl-1-(4-methopxy-2,3-dimethylphenyl)prop-2-en-1-one (4) In a 200 ml round bottom flask was placed compound 3 (9.60 g, 0.039 mol), dimethylamine hydrochloride (14.31 g, 0.176 mol) and glacial acetic acid (1.5 ml). The slurry was heated at 100ºC for 1 h. Dry dimethylformamide (45 ml) was added, and the mixture was heated overnight at 100ºC. The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and extracted with ethyl acetate (200 ml) and water (200 ml). The organic layers were separated and washed successively with water (200 ml), saturated sodium bicarbonate, 1 M hydrochloric acid, and saturated sodium chloride solutions. The organic layer was dried over sodium sulfate and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by column chromatography over silica gel with dichloromethane:hexane (1:1) to give compound 4 (4.07 g, 40% yield) as a white solid. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-D6) δ 1.05-1.18 (bm, 2H), 1.44-1.66 (bm, 4H), 1.70-1.78 (bm, 1H), 2.09 (s, 3H), 2.04-2.11 (bm, 1H), 2.17 (s, 3H), 2.23-2.33 (bm, 1H), 3.76 (s, 3H), 5.44 (d, J = 6.2 Hz, 1H), 5.85 (d, J = 6.2 Hz, 1H), 6.88 (m,1H), 7.11 (m, 1H). 请教一下各位这个反应的机理，是不是人名反应。还有就是请教一下这个操作中为什么把 二甲胺盐酸盐 加入后100度搅拌1H后，然后加入DMF，可不可以把二甲胺盐酸盐和DMF一起加入后加热到100度搅拌。今天投反应时发现二甲胺盐酸盐吸潮，投反应后TLC显示没反应，是不是应该要把二甲胺盐酸盐和DMF干燥一下。有没有同仁做过类似的反应，这个反应应该注意哪些问题。谢谢各位了，在线等，急啊！ 查看更多14个回答 . 3人已关注
