由氟硅酸、碳酸氢铵制备高分子比冰晶石? 由氟硅酸、 碳酸氢铵 制备高分子比冰晶石 刘晓红。王贺云。李建敏。黄丽泉 (南昌大学环境科学与工程学院,江西南昌330029) 摘要:介绍了氟硅酸、碳酸氢铵制备冰晶石的新工艺。以磷肥工业副产氟硅酸为原料,加人工业品碳酸氢 铵.得到 二氧化硅 沉淀和 氟化铵溶液 。实验研究各因素对过程的影响,得到了最佳工艺条件;用氟化铵与硫酸铝、 硫酸钠作用制取冰晶石和硫酸铵,实验讨论了各种因素对产品质量和收率的影响,得出了适宜的操作条件;所制备 的产品、副产品均符合国家有关标准;该工艺原料综合利用好,无三废排放,经济效益好。 关键词:氟硅酸;冰晶石;碳酸氢铵 中国分类号:TQI33.1 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1006—4990(2006)02—0036一o4 Preparation of cryolite winl lligh molecule ratio from fluosilicic acid and ammonium hydrocarbonate Liu Xiaohong,Wang Heyun-Li Jianmin。Huang Liquan (Environmental Science and Chemical Engineering l~titme of Nanchang University, Jiangxi Nanchang 330029-China) Abstract:The new technology for the preparation of cryolite from fluosilicic acid and ammonium hydrocarbonate is in— troduced.The by—product fluosilicic acid from the phosphate fertilizer plant used as raw material,the industrial ammonium hydrocarbonate is added in it w then the silicon dioxide precipitate and ammonium fluoride solution aFe obtained+Th e various efecting factors on the process are investigated by test and the optimum process conditions are also obtained.Th e ammonium fluoride reacts with aluminium sulfate and sodium sulfate,the cryolite and aulmonium sulfate are produced,Th e efecting fac— tors on the quality and yield of the product are discussed and the suitable operating conditions are provided.Th e qualities of the finished product and by—product can meet the national standard.This technology has the advantages of good comprehensive utilization of raw material,no discharge of three wastes and good economic benefits.
