胺液发泡到底该怎么处理?普光。? 给你看看老外怎么处理的。原文: foaming and emulsification foaming and emulsification are caused by high velocities, condensed hydrocarbon in gas treaters and heavy hy-drocarbons entrained in gas feeds. solids and acidic compounds stabilise emulsions and foam. foaming can be controlled by increasing the lean amine temperature and with the use of defoamers. carbon fil-tration is used to remove surfactant type hydrocarbons. the carbon should be changed if foaming is a persistent problem. foaming is detected by monitoring the dp of the tower or by checking the contents of the treated gas knock out drum. foaming is likely if the dp has risen suddenly, fluctuates and responds to defoamer injection. defoamers are best injected on as needed basis with “shot feed” equipment. the normal injection is about 4 to 5 litres (2-4 quarts). if required, a continuous injection set up can be used but the defoamer should be selected with extreme caution. a shot feet injection system is compared to a continuos feed system in figure 19. action plan: foaming 1. increase lean amine temperature 2. reduce amine circulation rate 3. drain knock out drums to flash drum 4. monitor absorber dp 5. inject defoamer or emulsion breaker 查看更多
