当前沼气池启动发酵存在的问题? 随着各地建池工作的全面实施,也逐步暴露出一些技术问题,特别是沼气池启动发酵难的问题尤为突出,主要表现为投料后长时间不产或产气多但是点不着,并由此而影响农户的建池积极性。 沼气池投料后难以正常启动其主要原因有以下几个方面: 原因一: 接种物不够 沼气池的启动必须要加入20~30%的接种物才能顺利启动.由于很多地方均为新项目村,没有可利用的沼渣沼液,且农户又不懂得如何收集和制备发酵接种物,启动投料时没有加足够的接种物,造成投料后沼气池长时间难以起动. 解决办法: (1)、投料时应该加足接种物,需占到投料总量的30%, (2)、接种物的收集和制备:在没有沼渣、沼液可利用的情况下,可以用阴沟污泥250公斤,混合人畜粪便500公斤,在保证一定湿度的情况下进行密封堆沤约10天后,就可以作为沼气发酵接种物。或是直接用500公斤人畜粪便进行密封堆沤10天也可以做为沼气发酵接种物。 同时,发酵原料可选用一半牛粪 一半的猪粪。8立方米沼气池需要原料2立方米,10立方米的沼气池需3立方米的原料。 由于猪粪中往往含有抗生剂,驱虫素等有害物质,因此,在启动初期的原料应该以牛粪为主、猪粪为辅,同时,应避免单纯用鸡粪和人粪作为启动原料。 (3)、使用沼气发酵 促进剂 ,加快发酵速度。 原因二:启动的水质与水温达不到要求. 由于取水不方便,所以有些农户直接抽取地下水入池,造成池内发酵料液温度低,使得沼气池长时期难以启动。 解决办法: (1)应用晒热的污水以及池塘或水沟中的水,在中午时加入池内。 (2)如果无法避免使用地下水的话,必须加热至35℃以上方可加入池内。 原因三:在投料时未能将接种物与原料混合均匀,或没有经常搅拌。 解决办法: (1)、在第一次投料时,,应先向池内注入污水,将准备好的原料先倒一半入池,与水搅拌均匀后,再投入接种物搅拌均匀,然后再将剩余的原料投入池内混合均匀后,再将沼气池密封。 (2)、封池后的沼气池运行过程中,未能勤搅拌。 解决办法:投料后经常搅拌。可以防止沼渣沉淀,增加微生物与原料的接触面,促进早产气,多产气. 搅拌的方法有: ①料液搅拌, 将出料间的料液取出,再从进料口冲入,使池内的料液达到搅拌的目的. ②用一根木棍,在头部栓上一个编织带,分别从进料口与出料口伸入池内,上下左右抽动,进行搅拌. ③在出料口安装 活塞式 抽渣器.通过活塞在110的PVC 抽渣管内的上下运动,来进行人工强制回流搅拌.查看更多 0个回答 . 3人已关注
