往复式压缩机的一点见解？余隙是固定的，那压力升高，余隙中的气体压力会不会升高呢，升高的话，那这部分的气体在吸气时会膨胀的到 ... 个人认为,余隙固定时,气体压缩比是固定的,只有提高入口压力,才能提高气体打量.在入口压力一定时,如果余隙改变时,看压缩机出口压力与余隙体积的乘积是减小还是增加,来决定打气量是增加或减少.余隙最高压力是高于出口压力的,其中两者压差*余隙体积就应是每次的打气量. 吸气量可以同理计算.就是(入口压力-余隙的最小压力)*余隙吸气时的体积.或者是入口压力*余隙吸气时的体积-出口压力*余隙排气时的体积.但这是简单的理论计算,和真实值有一定偏差,需要考虑温度的影响.及真实气体和理想气体的区别的因素. 查看更多

关于HCl生产中的石墨冷却器？可能是冷媒温度较低，石墨壁面存在结晶，温度较高时将这部分结晶溶解了。由于你的冷媒温度仍然较低，只不过稍微比原来高一点而已，所以主要靠气相溶解结晶，速度较慢。另外，提高冷媒温度，会产生结晶从石墨壁面脱落，造成冷却器堵塞，是不可取的。查看更多
