电机软启动器在空压机改造中的应用? 电机软启动器在空压机改造中的应用 异步电动机的启动是人们比较熟悉和关注的问题,从原理上讲只有两种方式:直接起动和降压起动。直接起动转矩大,对电网冲击影响大,只能在中小型电动机的启动上得到应用。在不允许直接起动的情况下,就需要采用降压启动方式,降压启动一般有星/三角启动、自耦变压器降压启动及文中推荐的软启动器启动方法。 一、软启动简述 软启动器是一种集电机软启动、软停车、轻载节能和多种保护功能于一体的新型电机控制装置,用软启动器启动电机时,输出电压逐渐增加,电动机逐渐加速,直至电动机工作在额定电压的机械特性上。 1. 软启动和一般降压启动的区别 在电动机启动时,降低加到电动机定子绕组的电压,可以减小电动机的启动电流。一般降压启动是指电动机在启动过程中加在电动机定子绕组的电压变化是瞬间突变的;而软启动是使用调压装置在规定的启动时间内,自动地将启动电压连续、平滑地上升直到达到额定电压。 异步电动机的机械特性可用n=f(M)来表示,其特性曲线如(图1)所示。 从图中可看出,若采用一般降压启动,假设启动电压U=0.5Ue,则电动机启动时的转矩为0.25Mn,即启动时的转矩只有电动机最大转矩的1/4。如果在此时将电压U加大到电动机额定电压Ue, 则电动机的转矩一下子就从1/ 4 跳到Mn,这样的启动过程是跳跃的、不平滑的,对生产工艺要求平稳启动的场合不宜采用。而软启动从初始电压开始电压连续平稳地增大。从图1中0.5Ue 的那根曲线连续平滑的不断向右平行移动,一直平稳到与额定电压Ue那根曲线重合时为止,那么电动机的转矩就会平滑地增大一直到转矩为最大值Mn时为止,启动过程也就结束。这样,启动过程中电动机的转矩是平滑的而不是跳跃的,启动过程是平稳的。 2、启动方式对电网的影响 比较异步电机的各种启动方式,如(图2)所示,可以看出当电机全压启动时,对电网的冲击最大,冲击时间也最长,而通常使用的降压启动对电网的冲击虽比较小,但是由于涉及到一个线圈电压切换过程,所以出现二次冲击的不利环节,软启动由于在启动前设定了一个不对电网产生影响的启动电流,电流是缓慢增大至设定电流,故无冲击电流,对电网的影响最小,并且能消除启动力矩的冲击。 二、电机软启动器在空压机改造中的应用 通过软启动和其他启动方式的理论分析和比较,说明软启动可以在大型三相鼠笼式交流异步电动机的启动上得以应用,故用电机软启动器对一老式空压机进行改造,以适合现场需要。 1.空压机改造前状况 空压机电机功率:200 kW,改造前采用自耦变压器降压启动方式,由时间 继电器 实现电机电压的切换控制,启动不稳定,故障率较高。主接触器采用CJ10型 交流接触器 ,触点经常烧坏,且对电网影响严重,考虑采用软启动器实现电机的平稳启动和运行。 2.软启动器和其他元件的选型 根据空压机的实际情况,选择了ABB公司生产的PST250-600-70型软启动器,此软启动器是基于最新的微处理器技术设计出来的,用于实现鼠笼式的软启动和软停止。它还附带了几种先进的电机保护功能,具有多种集成的保护和报警功能,几乎可以检测到所有故障,并将其显示出来。根据需要,我们还对熔断器、旁路接触器和热保护进行了选型。 3.软启动器的接线和控制 软启动主电路接线如图2 所示 当电机启动时,由电子电路控制晶闸管的导通角使电机的端电压以设定的速度逐渐升高,一直升到全电压,使电机实现无冲击启动到控制电动机软启动的过程。当电动机启动完成并达到额定电压时,使三相旁路接触器闭合,电动机直接投入电网运行。空压机启动时是空载,则在正常运行时,保持了所需的较低端电压,使电机的功率因数升高,效率增大。在电机停机时,也通过控制晶闸管的导通角,使电机端电压慢慢降低至0 ,从而实现软停机。 4 调整与试车 软启动控制柜安装完成后认真检查,按设计图纸核对接线是否正确。晶闸管等电子器件不允许做绝缘电阻测试,只能用 数字万用表 高阻档检查软启动器中晶闸管的绝缘情况。新的软启动器(冷态时)每组晶闸管输入输出端子间测量电阻值应指示1.3M左右,相间(相间未接控制回路时)、相对地测量电阻值应该指示为无穷大。在电动机与软启动器连接前,必须用500V绝缘电阻测试器检查电动机和电缆的绝缘状态。只有绝缘电阻符合有关规定,才准许将电动机连接到软启动器输出端进行启动试验。检查确认无误后,连接电动机并设定启动方式、初始电压、启动时间和停机时间等技术参数。然后进行空压机启动试验和参数优化。 三、总结 自改造后的一年多来,空压机运行很正常,能够很好满足公司生产要求。软启动器是性能比较好的电动机启动控制设备,由于在电动机空载或轻载时采用软启动器的节能模式提高了电动机的功率因数并减少输电线路和供电变压器的损耗因此起到节能作用,软启动技术应该得到推广应用。查看更多 0个回答 . 1人已关注
