corporation于2009年5月15日合资设立，双方股比结构为50％：50％。该项目选址在四川省成都彭州市工业园区内，距离成都市区约50公里，预计总投资18亿元。规划建设一套空分和一套合成气/制氢装置。公司主要生产和经营氧气、氮气、合成气（h2/co）、氢气、液氧、液氮、液氩等产品，项目计划于2011年建成投产。 1/生产主管： 岗位职责： 负责操作团队的培训和管理工作；领导操作小组遵循过程/工艺安全、moc和ophr的要求，确保生产正常运行；确保操作团队具备相关的技术能力，能够对工厂内的故障进行排除，维持工厂可靠、高效运行。提供绩效kpi报告，例如停工报告，电力和工厂效率报告等。 任职要求： 具备沟通、领导和管理技能；具备技术背景，有能力与高级客户和化学工厂代表或领导进行接洽沟通；有2年以上多元化经营工厂经验，有执行资产管理规划的资质和能力；操作、维护过制氢设备或同等复杂程度的设备者优先。化学工程/工艺领域持有学士+学位，具备一定英语基础。 principal accountabilities 1. provide effective leadership to the hyco operating teams to ensure the jv hyco plant is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees. 2. ensure compliance with process safety, moc’s, and ophr’s requirements. 3. maintain effective work processes, drive continuous improvement and sharing of best practices at the plants. 4. manage the training of new operating staff for the jv hyco shift ops team. 5. ensure operating procedures & manuals are in place and up to date for all the plants. 6. together with plant maintenance team ensure plant preventive & breakdown maintenance are coordinated and executed in a timely manner and in accordance with the erp pm system. 7. developing the jv hyco ops team to ensure that they： 2 monitor and make adjustment if needed to keep all the plants running well with high efficiency. 2 are built with technical competency on plant troubleshooting and keeping the plant under high reliability. 2 provide performance kpi reports such as down time reports, power & plant efficiency reports. job requirements 1. demonstrated managerial, leadership and interpersonal skills. 2. a track record of success on safety, environmental, quality and employee involvement. 3. ability to interface with senior customer refinery and chemical plant representatives and community leaders. 4. experience in hyco plant operation and maintenance or operations of equivalent complexity preferred. 5. a demonstrated commitment to asset management programs. 6. having a demonstrated record of continued advancement with at least 2 years of diversified within shift. 4. support to maintain the plant reliability in order to meet sales demand through the maintenance of equipment and the schedule of plant shut-down to avoid business interruption. 5. report shift production progress and status. report near miss / incident occurred within shift. 6. conduct / take part in troubleshooting root cause analysis with related people when it needs. 7. quick response to quality and process alerting. active on upset handling to minimizes the impact on quality (no shortage on quality) active and initiative on finding potential quality problem, analysis problem and get the solutions. 8. actively involved in process / productivity improvement (ci project). 9. on shift emergency evacuation sponsor, crisis coordinator within shift. 10.help to build and maintain good relationship with all customer，keeping good communication with customer to insure closely cooperation. 11.provide training to operators for process knowledge, procedures and eh&s regulation. 12.optimum use of shift resources to achieve shift production performance in production safety, quality and capacity in line with plant targets. help plant manager on shift team personnel management. 13.good cooperation and communication with other shifts to maintain a good production team work. 14.be responsible for implementation of production and safety procedures in shift. job requirements 1. demonstrated managerial, leadership potential and proven interpersonal skills. 2. track record of success on safety, health and environmental protection. 3. experience in process plant operation, demonstrated hyco knowledge and technical skills, at least 5+ years hyco operations experience (smr+co2 remove+hyco cold box+mambrane) 4. a strong commitment to employee
