请问：该反应该如何进行才好? 本人现在合成下面一系列化合物，其中遇到了很多问题，就是无论选择什么条件都很难进行，想请各位大虾帮帮忙，谢谢！ 第一种原料常温只能溶于dmf与dmso，加热后可溶于乙醇，乙腈，苯，甲苯等大多数溶剂，另外一种原料我加了相同物质的量到很大的量都试过，我加了少量的碱（diea--2，2-二异丙基胺），也尝试过碳酸铯等固体催化剂，反应是在回流状态下进行，在通氮气情况下回流两天后（tlc分析），得不到目标产物，倒是生成了很多固体沉淀。后处理是先冷却后过滤，蒸干滤液，再用氯仿洗涤蒸干后的产物，再次过滤，然后再将所得固体进行柱层析分离。有文献加一点ki或 cui,我也试过,还是得不到目标产物.（该反应我已经做了好几个月了，都等着用它来发文章毕业呢，请大家帮忙啊，谢谢！） 附相关文献: synthesis of 4 cyclam (1.07 g, 5.3 mmol) was dissolved in hot toluene(40 ml) and 6 (0.223 g, 0.78 mmol) was added. the resulting mixture was refluxed for 2 h, then it was cooledat room temperature and the white precipitate (excesscyclam and its hydrobromide salt) was filtered off. the solvent was removed and the residue treated with diethylether: an orange product was obtained; yield 73%. anal.found: c, 52.96; h, 7.56; n, 27.39. calc. for c18h30n8o3: c, 53.19; h, 7.44; n, 27.57%. ms (esi):m/z: 407.4 [m+hþ].
