15-O-乙酰脱氧瓜萎镰菌醇是一种脱氧瓜萎镰菌醇的乙酰化衍生物。脱氧萎镰菌醇 (deoxynivalenol, DON) 是一种在谷类食品中由镰刀霉菌产生的单端孢霉烯毒枝菌素, DON 具有多种生物活性, 有研究表明, DON 可通过诱导 GRP78 的降解下调细胞内GRP78 水平。
首先将DON(79.0mg,0.27mmol)溶解在50mL无水二氯甲烷中,然后加入吡啶(1 mL)和4-DMAP(约10 mg)。接下来,逐滴加入乙酸酐(27.2 mg,0.27mmol)。将反应搅拌过夜,然后用20mL HCl(2N)处理,并用50毫升二氯甲烷进行3次萃取。将溶液用硫酸钠干燥后,进行过滤并蒸发溶剂。最后,通过柱色谱分离(CHCl3:MeOH = 95:5),得到15-ADON即15-O-乙酰脱氧瓜萎镰菌醇(42.0 mg,47%)。3
