For instance, in Fig. 2, the "double-layer charging region" which should be "double-layer capacitance region" clearly contains the ORR of adsorbed and bulk oxygen prior to the HER。 Oxygen evolution reaction is clearly happening at high anodic potentials starting at 0.75 VMOE.
