大家觉得是四班三倒好些，还是四班两倒好些呢? 楼主的这个议题有代表性，本人在阅读大家的观点后补充以下： 1.在正常生产的市区附近的企业，一般二三十公里以内的企业，在交通方便的前提前，以四班三运转（三家的四班三倒班）工作比较舒服，对人的生活、精力比较合适，应积极指荐这种模式，这是国家提倡的工作方式； 2.在远离市区，交通不便的区域应采用四班十二小时工作制，且应是二天工作二十四小时（两班），休息四十八小时，比较合适，这主要考虑目前化工企业逐步园区化，化工园区远离城区，交通和交通时间影响很大，若四班三运行，刚四天往返六次，每次两小时，有十二小时即一个半班时间在路上，加上班前、后会，更换工作服等，共计十五小时左右，近增加时间15/24，对休息有影响，若十二小时工作制，减少交接班及生产管理难度，中间在企业公寓十二小时，再上一个班，回家，三个班，二次上，减少交通四次，交接班一次，有些辛苦，但也有些优点，交通费降低很多，休息增加，主要适应员工解决这几个矛盾，大家不妨讨论一下！！！！查看更多

耙料机开不起来啦！！！！！？升降功能，提升，估计时间长了，也许不能用了。还有耙料器的刮板，可适当改造一下，减少阻力，对运行不会影响太大。清理底部泥浆，工作量太大，用泵打太慢，外排污染环境，造成外排水超标。查看更多
