还是关于阀门技术规范的翻译问题，这次有些多，不过只剩 ...？ 好了，目前还剩6点暂时没解决，其余的6个问题已经得到了满意答复。 1、gearbox ratios shall be 60:1 maximum for valves ns 200(8”) and smaller and 12:1 maximum for valves ns250 (10”) and larger. 2、 对焊接的一般要求中的一句话：repairs should be post weld heat treated if required by the product specification and in all cases for valves in sour service and certified to nace mr0175/iso 15156 . 如果产品规范有要求的话，则对于所有用于酸性工况的阀门，焊补之后必须进行热处理，并且 ？？？ 3、 nde shall consist of 100% visual examination of all forgings. in addition, a 10 percent magnetic particle inspection (for c.s. valves) or a 10 percent liquid dye penetrant test (for ss valves) shall be carried out. for liquid dye penetrant test & for magnetic particle test procedure & acceptance criteria shall be as per api 6d – annexure a. also forged valves shall be ultrasonically tested for defects for 10% of the forgings of each size and stockade number (minimum one)-if wall thickness exceeds 100mm. 无损检测必须包括对锻件的100%的外观检验。另外，必须进行10%的磁粉检验（适用于碳钢阀门）或者10%的液体染色渗透测试（适用于不锈钢阀门）。液体染色渗透测试和磁粉测试流程和验收标准必须符合api 6d – 附录a的要求。 后面的因为一个词就搞不定了 。 4、once the approval has been given by the purchaser, any changes in design, material, and method of manufacture shall be notified to the purchaser whose approval in writing of all changes shall be obtained before the commencement of manufacturing. 5、the manufacturer shall recommend and quote separately for spare parts required for the valves for commissioning and two years of normal operation. the manufacturer shall recommend accessories (like wrench, sealant injector, etc.) and special tools required for operation and maintenance of the valves, for the purchaser’s review . 对于要求用于阀门调试及其两年的正常运行的零备件，制造商必须分开进行推荐和报价。制造商必须推荐用于操作、运行及维修维护阀门的备件和特制工具（比如手柄、注脂阀等）…… 最后一小部分for the purchaser’s review不知道怎么翻译 。 6、plastic covers shall be secured with the drive on plastic plugs. plywood or steel covers shall be secured by one full size bolt in every alternate hole with minimum 6mm thick sponge rubber gasket between flange and cover. 查看更多
