09-05-4议题——换热管之间的最小间距是否可以更改（参 ...？今天从资料上看到了点这方面的资料，现摘述如下：管间距至少为管子外径的1.25倍，以保证管桥在胀接时有足够的强度（老外的换热器多采用强度胀，很少焊接）在采用焊接方法连接管板和管子时管间距可以小些但要保证壳程清洗时，要有6mm的清洗通道当壳程用于蒸发过程时，为使气相更好地溢出，管间距可增大至1.4倍管外径查看更多

蒽油内混入部分沥青的问题？谢谢楼上各位高人，目前采取的措施有： 1. 减少过热蒸汽的吹入量 2. 加大蒽油的循环量 3. 检查了热交换器但问题仍然还在，现在分析应该是结焦了，导致分离效果下降。各位建议的还有两点没有试，一是降低二段出口或蒸发温度，但降低出口温度会不会降低了沥青的软化点而导致沥青不合格；二是降低加工量。谢谢各位的高见，还有别的原因或措施吗？查看更多
