什么是煮锅? 由于新安装的锅炉其受热面管系、集箱及汽包的内壁上油锈等污染物，若在运行前不进行处理的话，就会部分附在管壁形成硬的附着物，导致受热面的导热系数降低，从而影响锅炉的热效率，另一部分则会溶解于水中影响蒸汽的品质。根据《电力建设施工及验收技术规范》（锅炉机组篇）规定：对于工作压力小于 9.8mpa 的汽包锅炉，可不进行酸洗，而进行碱煮炉。 a newly erected boiler will be contaminated with oil and rust on the internal walls of its heating parts, headers and steam drum. if not treated properly prior to operation, the contaminant would attach to the internal walls partially and become hard scales, causing reduction in the heat conduction coefficient of the heating surface, and boiler efficiency will thus be affected; other part of the contaminant will resolve in the water, affecting the steam quality. as per the “technical specification of electric power construction and acceptance” (boiler section), for boilers with working pressure of the steam drum lower than 9.8 mpa, the method of boiling-out by alkali can be adopted for the purpose of chemical cleaning, instead of the method of acid cleaning.
