液相法甲醇合成二甲醚工艺流程简述? 液相法甲醇合成二甲醚工艺流程简述 1 、甲醇罐区 原料甲醇管道送至甲醇储槽贮存,然后由甲醇输送泵经流量计计量后送往二甲醚反应工段作反应原料用。 2 、二甲醚反应工段 来自甲醇罐区的甲醇经泵送至甲醇中间槽贮存,由甲醇计量泵计量后经反应预热器加热至60℃左右后,由反应釜底部均匀进入温度为150℃的液相催化剂中,在催化剂的作用下快速脱水生成二甲醚气体。该反应为微放热反应,为保证反应的连续进行,需用加热泵循环打酸,混酸在釜外的反应加热器中与低压蒸汽间接换热获得热量。从反应釜顶部出来的气体为二甲醚、水蒸汽和少部分甲醇混合气,温度约为155℃,气体经过甲醇冷凝器降温至60℃(此时出口中甲醇和水均被冷凝为液体,仅二甲醚为气体),此气液混合相进入净化槽进行气液分离。气相二甲醚经过甲醇冷凝器进一步冷凝,其中含有的甲醇,进入分离槽再次进行气液分离,净化槽中的甲醇、二甲醚水溶液(二甲醚为溶解其中)同时也溢流至分离槽。在分离槽中气相二甲醚送往二甲醚压缩工段,液相的甲醇水溶液则由塔前甲醇泵送往精馏塔,并经塔前预热器预热到65℃。 在塔釜再沸器中,甲醇、二甲醚水溶液在低压蒸汽的加热下变为气相进入精馏塔中,经过逐段分离,甲醇、二甲醚气体由塔顶进入塔顶冷凝器中,甲醇冷凝为液体进入液封槽,二甲醚气体则由液封槽顶部并入二甲醚管道送往二甲醚压缩工段。甲醇液体由回流泵加压后一部分经计量后送到塔顶作回流液,其余部分由甲醇冷却器冷却至40℃送至甲醇中间槽继续反应。塔釜的残液通过液位调节排至废水槽,由废水泵排入市政污水处理厂。 反应式为:CH3OH+H2SO4—→CH3HSO4+H2O CH3OH+H3PO4 —→CH3H2PO4+H2O CH3OH+ CH3HSO4 —→CH3OCH3+H2SO4 CH3OH +CH3H2PO4 —→CH3OCH3+ H3PO4 该工艺反应条件温和(控制在130-160℃),甲醇单程转化率高(>90%),可间歇也可连续生产。该工艺技术成熟简单,对设备材质无特殊要求,后处理简单。另外装置适应性广,可直接建在甲醇生产厂,也可建在其他公用设施好的非甲醇生产厂。催化剂(复合酸)在整个反应过程中消耗很少,可以连续使用。 3 、二甲醚压缩工段 从二甲醚反应工段来的二甲醚气体先进入二甲醚冷却器降温至-10℃,然后进入二甲醚 气液分离器 分离出少量的甲醇残液,残液溢流至甲醇回流槽,由回流泵送至二甲醚反应工段的分离槽中进行精馏回收。气相二甲醚冷却所用的冷媒为压缩后的液相二甲醚,液相二甲醚在二甲醚冷却器壳程中常压下蒸发为气相,将产品二甲醚冷却至-10℃,冷媒二甲醚则经制冷二甲醚气液分离器分离后进入制冷二甲醚压缩机压缩至1.0MPa,然后进入制冷二甲醚冷凝器,与循环冷却水换热降温至40℃时二甲醚冷凝为液相,流入制冷二甲醚储罐,形成一个制冷循环。 经冷却分离后的产品二甲醚进入二甲醚压缩机经两级压缩加压至1.0MPa,然后进入二甲醚冷凝器与循环冷却水换热后降温至40℃时冷凝为液相,二甲醚液体由二甲醚冷却器继续冷却至10℃左右送往二甲醚罐区贮存。二甲醚冷却器所的冷媒为冷水,温度为5℃左右,由 冷水机组 提供冷量。二甲醚冷却器可为间歇操作,在二甲醚冷凝器制冷能力不足时使用。 4 、二甲醚罐区 二甲醚罐区的主要任务是储存二甲醚成品,并能够灌装汽车槽车。由压缩工段送来的二甲醚成品储存在二甲醚球罐内,二甲醚罐区内设消防喷淋水和 可燃气体报警仪 ,周围设防火堤,以保证二甲醚罐区的安全。同时罐区内设两台100m3残液罐,检修时将球罐内及槽车内的残液排入。二甲醚罐区设二甲醚泵及装车用压缩机。当汽车槽车装车时,二甲醚从球罐中用泵送入装车灌装柱,同时用压缩机抽出汽车槽车中的气相送入二甲醚球罐气相空间,防止汽车槽车中气体外排。 二甲醚汽车装卸台共设有多台汽车装车鹤管,根据二甲醚泵的能力,可满足几台槽车同时灌装。 [ ]查看更多 2个回答 . 4人已关注

脱硫系统的节能降耗? 本文由 盖德化工论坛 转载自互联网 ,? x 一是优化运行方式,保证经济运行。吸收塔浆液循环泵是脱硫系统耗电功率巨大的6千伏设备之一,可以通过尽量减少浆液循环泵的投运时间和投运台数来实现节约厂用电。在FGD开始运行时,首先启动1台浆液循环泵运行,等到系统各个设备运行正常之后,再根据负荷增加的需要来递增浆液循环泵的投运台数,最终在满负荷的状态下才全部投运4台浆液循环泵。在正常运行过程中,也可以视系统负荷的实际情况,相应减少浆液循环泵的投运台数,以此减少厂用电的消耗。增压风机在运行时,运行人员严密监视主机负荷和炉膛负压,实时做出调整,以减少增压风机厂用电的消耗。在制备石灰石浆液时,如果投运1台湿磨机系统运行可以满足供浆要求,就尽量不要两台湿磨机同时运行,而且在制浆过程中,湿磨机应该尽可能地带满负荷运行,保证最高制浆效率,等到石灰石浆液箱达到最高液位时,就把湿磨机停下来备用。运行1台吸收塔需要的石灰石浆液供给量,只相当于1台湿磨机满负荷运行制备的浆液量的几分之一。因此,按照这种运行方式,湿磨机系统在1天时间里,都可以停运几个小时以上,也就是说可以减少了几个小时的耗电量。同理,在投运一套石膏脱水系统就可以满足出石膏要求的情况下,尽量不要投运两套脱水系统。在出石膏的过程中,也要尽量多的出石膏,等到石膏密度下降到一定低值,就把脱水系统停下来,以节约厂用电。由于石膏密度上升的速度是比较缓慢的,因此这种运行方式的节能效果也是很可观的。 2 H4 ~$ ]; j! ]4 `2 N! J  在每次整套脱硫系统中、长期停运时,应该遵循以下的步骤进行:一是停运前,提前有计划地减少石灰石浆液的制备量,尽量在整套系统停运之前,把石灰石浆液箱和磨机浆液循环箱里的浆液全部用完,剩下的少量浆液可以在冲洗过程中全部排到事故浆液池储存备用;二是在系统停运之前,各个箱、罐、排水坑里的滤液水全部打到吸收塔充分利用,再由吸收塔在停运后排到事故浆液池储存备用,然后把吸收塔和各箱、罐冲洗干净。这样做的结果,一是剩余的石灰石浆液和滤液水得到充分利用,避免浪费;二是吸收塔和各箱、罐冲洗干净得到了保养;三是避免了吸收塔和各箱、罐、排水坑因储存有浆液或滤液水,使氧化风机和各个 搅拌器 长期运行,浪费厂用电。 ( o3 ~' j5 r: H; e5 a E E% l  二是及时消除设备缺陷,降低设备运行损耗。事故浆液箱在脱硫系统事故中期停运和大修长期停运过程中的作用是举足轻重的,如果事故浆液箱不能正常使用,将造成两台吸收塔和各个箱、罐内的石灰石浆液及滤液水不能顺利排放、储存,使吸收塔和各箱、罐内的液位不能降低,致使多个搅拌器长期运行以及石灰石浆液、滤液水不能充分回收再利用,既增加了石灰石的消耗,又造成厂用电的浪费。因此,事故浆液箱在系统正常运行时要清空,保证事故浆液箱在系统停运和事故状态下的正常投运,对于节约生产资源来说是非常重要的。 0 |. t. t5 \, B. C x  湿磨机浆液循环箱泵由于浆液的密度,使泵的叶轮磨损严重,泵的出力和出口压力大幅度降低,大大降低了湿磨机的出力。因此,可以通过加强对浆液循环箱泵的检修力度,提高泵的出力和出口压力,满足两个石灰石浆液旋流子正常运行的需要,来提高湿磨机的制浆效率。 1 Z/ |; i+ k+ q3 `% D0 B9 \    脱硫系统中的许多测点,比如烟气流量和压力、吸收塔密度计、PH值以及磨机石灰石浆液密度、磨机前给水等,经常发生故障,增加了正常运行操作的盲目性,直接影响脱硫系统的高效、经济运行。 " e. 控制腐蚀的方法? 一、首先要有正确的选材和设计 这一点需要完整的腐蚀数据 二、调整环境 如果能消除环境中引起腐蚀的各种因素,腐蚀就会终止和减缓,但是多数环境是无法控制的。不过可以在不影响工艺的情况下调整局部环境,例如密闭的仓库进入的空气先除去水分,可避免储存金属部件生锈。 三、加入 缓蚀剂 在腐蚀环境中加入少量的缓蚀剂就可以大大减缓金属的腐蚀,缓释剂可分为无机、有机和气象缓蚀剂三类,缓蚀剂里各不相同。 四、阴极保护 腐蚀电池中的阴极是接受电子产生还原反映的电极,只有阳极才发生腐蚀。利用这个原理,可以从外部导入阴极电流至需要保护的设备上,设设备全部表面成为阴极。 五、阳极保护 对于可以发生钝化作用的金属,在阳极导入电流,使电位保持在钝化区的中断,腐蚀率可保持很低值。 六、合金化 在基体金属中加入能促进钝化的金属合金陈芬,当加入量达到一定比例时,便可得到耐腐蚀性能的材料。 七、表面处理 金属在接触使用环境之前先用 钝化剂 或 成膜剂 处理,表面生成稳定密实的钝化膜,抗腐蚀性大大增加。 八、金属镀层和包覆层 在钢铁底层上可用以薄层更耐腐蚀的金属保护 九、涂层 用有机涂料保护大气中的金属结构 十、衬里 一般为整片材料,适用于强腐蚀介质接触的设备内部。查看更多 4个回答 . 1人已关注
