关于石灰法脱硫浆液温度升高,PH值降低的说明。? 本文由 盖德化工论坛 转载自互联网 ,? x 有不少电厂的朋友问:为什么石灰法脱硫的浆液,温度升高,PH值会降低?我在这里做个简单说明: 我们大家知道,石灰法脱硫的浆液中主要有 氢氧化钙 、 亚硫酸钙 、硫酸钙等,氢氧化钙溶解是要放热的,溶解时的溶解度随温度升高而降低。这里对温度敏感并对PH值变化起主要作用的是氢氧化钙。 温度升高,氢氧化钙溶解度降低,氢氧根离子浓度减少,碱性减小,PH值减小。 有人说经验关系为温度每升高1度,PH值降低0.03。 氢氧化钙有两种水合物[Ca(OH)2·2H2O和Ca(OH)2·1/2H2O]。这两种水合物的溶解度较大,无水氢氧化钙的溶解度很小。随着温度的升高,这些结晶水合物逐渐变为无水氢氧化钙,所以,氢氧化钙的溶解度就随着温度的升高而减小。 注意1:由于氢氧化钙微溶,无论是什么状态下,只要石灰过量,基本能够做到是饱和溶液(浆液)。二氧化硫、三氧化硫、氯化氢等酸性物资对这个问题的影响都不是很大的。有心的电厂朋友去做一下这个实验测一下。 注意2:氢氧化钙微溶,但电离度很大的!查看更多 0个回答 . 1人已关注
