In order to improve the activity and life of the hydroisomerization catalyst, a vacuum impregnation method was used, and the effects on the activity of the noble metal content, precursor of noble metal and bimetallic were studied. The results indicated that, Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalyst which the Pt (NH3) 4Cl2 was used as precursor, the convertion ratio of hydroisomerization increased with the increase of Pt content, and then decreased when the Pt content increased ulteriorly, and the convertion ratio and isomerization products reached maximum when the Pt content of 0.5%. Otherwise, when a secondary component was added to formed a bimetallic hydroisomerization catalyst,the reduce action ,activity and life can be changed, when thulium was added to form a bimetallic hydroisomerization catalyst,although the activity and selectivity changed little, but the performance of resistance to sulfur, nitrogen, carbon deposition,and the stability were enhanced.查看更多4个回答 . 1人已关注
