神华宁煤MTP试车成功并产出合格丙烯？ 宁夏日报消息， 2010 年 10 月 4 日 ，神华宁夏煤业集团公司的甲醇制丙烯（ mtp ）装置投料试车，并成功产出纯度为 99.69% 丙烯产品。这是全球首套试车成功的 mtp 大规模工业化装置。 mtp 装置项目于 2008 年 4 月开工建设， 2010 年 8 月实现中交。 2010 年 9 月 6 日正式进入全面试车状态， 10 月 4 日产出合格丙烯产品。 神华宁煤的煤基烯烃项目是宁东能源化工基地目前在建的最大的煤化工项目。 mtp 装置作为煤基聚丙烯项目的核心装置，采用德国鲁奇公司 mtp 工艺技术，催化剂由德国南方化学公司提供。装置设计产能约为 50 万吨 / 年的聚合级丙烯，副产品包括汽油、乙烯、液化气等。 亚化咨询的数据显示，神华宁煤集团 50 万吨 / 年 mtp 是我国 2010 年投产的三大煤制烯烃示范项目之一。该项目的主要生产装置及技术供应商包括： 1. 空分 -- 法国液化空气集团 2. 气化 — 德国西门子 gsp 干煤粉气化技术 3. 合成气净化 — 德国鲁奇低温甲醇洗技术 4. 甲醇合成 — 德国鲁奇 5. mtp-- 德国鲁奇 6. 聚丙烯 (pp)-- abb-lummus 气相法聚丙烯工艺 mtp 装置配套的甲醇产能为 167 万吨 / 年，目前还没有投产。 mtp 装置试车是通过神华宁煤已有的其它甲醇装置提供原料。预计 gsp 气化炉将在 2010 年 4 季度投入运行，届时将实现从煤到聚丙烯的全流程成功示范运行。 第二届煤制烯烃技术经济研讨会 将于 2010 年 11 月 22-23 日在北京召开。会议将探讨 煤制烯烃的政策走势，未来石脑油裂解与煤制烯烃竞争力比较，中国煤制烯烃布局与下游产品规划，沿海化工园区通过甲醇制烯烃路线，发展下游石化产业的技术经济可行性等。 shenhua ningmei started up mtp project in ningxia on oct. 4 2010, shenhua ningxia coal industry (shenhua ningmei) group has started up its methanol-to-propylene (mtp) project and produced on-spec propylene product with 99.69% purity from smooth operation, according to the report of local official media - ningxia daily. this is the first large scale commercial mtp plant in the world. construction of the mtp unit was started in april 2008 and reached mechanical completion in august 2010. the plant entered a general commissioning stage on september 6th and outputted on-spec propylene on october 4th. shenhua ningmei coal-based olefin project is the biggest coal chemical project currently under construction in ningdong (east ningxia) energy chemical base. as the core unit of the coal-to-polypropylene complex, the mtp unit uses the process licensed from lurgi, and the catalyst supplied by sud-chemie, both are german based companies. design capacity of the unit is around 500kt/a of polymer grade propylene in addition to the by-products of gasoline, ethylene and lpg etc. according to the data from asiachem, shenhua ningmei 500kt/a mtp unit is one of the three major chinese cto (coal-to-olefins) demonstration projects to be started up in 2010. listed below are main process units in the project package as well as the technology licensors: 1. air separation – air liquide 2. gasification – gsp pulverized coal gasification process by siemens 3. syngas cleaning – rectisol process by lurgi 4. methanol synthesis -- lurgi 5. mtp -- lurgi 6. pp polymerization -- abb-lummus gaseous phase pp process a new 1.67mt/a methanol plant is attached to the mtp unit, yet awaiting to be started up. commissioning of the mtp unit was carried out based on methanol supplied from the existing capacities of shenhua ningmei. the gsp gasifier is expected to start operation in q4 2010, when shenhua ningmei will realize the whole process demonstrating operation from coal to polypropylene. the 2nd coal-to-olefins conference will be held in nov. 22-23 2010 in beijing. the conference will focus on the cto industrial policies in china, the competitiveness analysis between naphtha crackers and cto, the coal-to-olefins and derivatives layout, the feasibility of out-purchasing methanol and building mto projects in the coastal chemical parks. .注$ # ， $ $ 查看更多
