老外来我们装置参观，我写了点介绍的东西大家给看一下啊？ welcome to mdi plant, which consists of 7 units including carbon monoxide, condensation, phosegenation, rectification, modify mdi, packing and hmdi pilot unit. the main product is mdi. in 2005 the 160,000 tonnes/year mdi project was successfully started up on schedule and will increase to 300,000 tonnes/year if phase ii of the project is fulfilled. the dcs system in the central control room (ccr) is supplied by emerson and has played an instrumental role in three key units. as known shift work is required for the continuous process and therefore the posegenation unit’s shifting room is provided for convenience. the world widely used dupont production safety management system was introduced in 2004 here and further modified to be applied in the company. in addition the lean system is employed in the company and our staffs get trained by invited lean experts each year. as you may see, the hse boards and lean boards were pasted on the wall. last but not theleast the environmental problem is mostly concerned. it is a great honour that the 160,000 tones/year mdi project was awarded the "state environmental friendly project" in 2008. this is our water treatment system and lets move on to hmdi pilot unit. currently our products include not only aromatic isocyanate, but aliphatic isocyanate as well to meet the increasing requirements of the global markets. so far the adi series of products have been successfully developed.查看更多
