set point ramp(rate) 咋译? 原帖由 echommm 于 2008-2-21 13:18 发表 stop the reactor temperature controller, tc-1234, setpoint ramp by setting the maximum set point ramp rate limit equal to 0. hold to be revised during detailed engineering: disable or force the setpoint ramp rate; do not change limits. ... 很冒昧的说，英文原稿的编写不是很严谨。至少有两处：1、文中第2个rate可以省略，如果写英文的人知道文件将由中国人来阅读，那么他有义务写的更明确；2、detailed engineering用的不妥，应该指明是ddrv的前期，即detail design review meeting前期，这是项目进程中十分重要的一环。 set point ramp的意思就是设定值斜率，我在后面还会举一个例子来说明，先说这段话的意思： 将反应温度控制模块tc-1234停止，使（温度）设定值斜率的上限值改为0，强制控制模块处于非激活状态，但上下限范围不要修改。这些内容在详细设计时要确定，并在ddrv时进行审定。 根据楼主意思，我尝试写了一段来举例说明： this ramp of tc-1234 set point will allow dcs tc‑xxxx to more easily maintain control of the gas pressure / liquid flow rate…… 这样ramp与set point、rate的意思就好理解了。其中tc-xxxx可是pc-xxxx，这要根据具体工艺确定（专业上可进一步规范）。 最后要说明的是：ramp的修改有的是从p&id参数上执行，有的是从plc上执行，这又要根据具体情况讨论了。查看更多
