MTO和MTP工艺对环境的污染处理? mto或mtp生成的废物如果从煤开始的话,主要有煤气化的废渣或废水,变换的催化剂,甲醇合成催化剂;单纯mto/mtp部分有甲醇转化催化剂、再生烟气,急冷废水、以及加氢脱炔和干燥分子筛等。 对煤气化的废渣可以做水泥,废水因煤的产地不同,微量组分也不一致,主要含盐和固体颗粒,一般都是闪蒸后去磨煤。变换和甲醇合成催化剂都可回收利用。 mto/mtp的甲醇转化催化剂可以回收利用,也可深埋处理。急冷水去掉固体颗粒后,循环利用,多余的处理合格后外排。再生烟气和催化上一样,经除尘后排放。加氢催化剂回收利用,分子筛深埋处理。查看更多

煤制气的除尘方式? 电除尘,可以产出副产品焦油,如果两段炉的话还可以产出轻质焦油,这东西值钱啊,炼油公司会买的,做的早的是鞍山的一个公司,老总姓段吧。 水洗需要封闭循环,敞开用那可是超级污染,就是要有一个水池子,水泵等就不用说了,水池上要有抓斗吊车,可以进池子里捞油泥,油泥在有的地方可以卖钱。查看更多
