检测结果如何判定? 我也认为不得过0.1%应该是不大于0.1%,也就是说哪怕是0.11%也是不合格 但是研究负责人认为修约后为合格,应当判定为合格 该杂质多批次检测均未超过0.1%,大约为0.04%-0.05%的样子,这一批样品相当于是平时样品 ... 我觉得不管你怎么考虑都可以按照不合格来处理了。 之前的样品都没问题那么稳定,只有这一批是原来的300倍,肯定你生产过程中出问题了,抓紧去找出现这个问题的原因,而不是在这想办法让他通过。你自己说服自己通过了,未必说服的审评老师通过。而且为什么他突然变大,会不会以后还会变大?变大了会不会到2%,3%以上,应该去寻找原因,解决产生问题的原因就好了。 另外你说这个是中间体,你的是合成中间体还是制剂中间体?制剂中间体是定容后的中间体还是定容前的中间体?如果是定容后的中间体,那就相当于是你产品未分装了,这里都不合格了,成品也一定不合格了。如果是定容前,可以提高标准,按照定容量前去折算成定容后的标准。查看更多
