大家帮忙看看我的英文摘要有没有错误? 摘要 随着柴油硫含量标准的日趋严格,柴油深度脱硫已成为当今炼油企业迫切而重要的任务。柴油氧化—萃取脱硫技术以其反应条件温和、脱硫率高等成为研究热点。以燕山石化直馏轻柴油为研究对象,以过氧化氢为氧化剂,甲酸为催化剂,无机硫酸为助催化剂, 将柴油中的硫化物物氧化成砜类物质,然后再用 NMP ( N- 甲基吡咯烷酮 )等强极性萃取剂,通过离心萃取法脱除 。重点考察了不同萃取剂、萃取方式、剂油比和萃取级数等萃取条件对柴油脱硫效果的影响,确定了柴油氧化与萃取脱硫的最佳工艺条件。 实验结果表明,离心萃取脱硫效果、萃取收率均明显优于振荡萃取; NMP 的萃取效果优于 DMF ( N,N- 二甲基甲酰胺 );以 95% 的 NMP 为萃取剂、结合离心萃取技术能够有效的萃取出柴油的氧化产物砜,且收率在 87~97% 之间。柴油硫含量随 离心萃取器 转速增大、萃取级数增大而降低,剂油比减小硫含量增大。 当过氧化氢、甲酸、硫酸和轻柴油中的硫含量摩尔比为 14 : 14 : 1 : 1 ,超声波作用下,反应温度为 5 0 ℃ ,反应时间60 min ,剂油比 1 : 1 ,三级离心萃取后,直馏轻柴油硫含量从 3570ppm 降到 47.62ppm ,脱硫率达到 98.67% 关键词 :直馏柴油,脱硫,离心萃取 Study on Extraction Desulfurization of Straight Run Diesel Oil Abstract The deep desulfurization of diesel fuel has become an urgent task for the oil refinery at present due to the more stringent standard limiting the sulfur level in diesel fuel. Oxidation desulfurization (ODS) can be carried out under very mild conditions. The process can achieve high desulfurization efficiency. Consequently, ODS has become an important research hotspot,With yanshan straight run light diesel oil for research object uses hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, formic acid as the catalyst, inorganic sulfate to help catalyst, then the sulfur compounds in diesel oil were oxidized into sulfones ,and later with NMP ( N-Methyl Pyrrolidone ) strong polarity extractant, through centrifugal extraction removal . The different extraction agent 、 extraction mode 、 the ratio of agent to the oil 、 extraction series are mainly investigated. Determined the diesel oxidation and extraction of desulfurization process conditions. The results indicate that centrifugal extraction effect of desulfurization, extraction yield were significantly better than oscillation extraction, NMP extraction effect is better than DMF (N, N-2 methyl oxalf). with 95% NMP as extraction,combined with centrifugal extractor is effective to removal the diesel oxidation products of sulfone, and the yield coefficient is between 87 percent and 97 percent. Sulfur content of diesel will decrease as centrifugal extractor rotational speed increase or extraction series increase, but increase as the ratio of agent to the oil decrease. When the molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide, formic acid, sulfuric acid and sulfur content of diesel is 14:14:1:1,use ultrasonic strengthened, reaction temperature is 5 0 ℃ ,reaction time is 60 minutes, the ratio of agent to the oil is 1:1, the sulfur content of straight run light diesel was reduced from 3570ppm to 47.62ppm after three series of centrifugal extraction, desulfurization rate was 98.7 percent.
