加氢裂化催化剂硫化结束气体露点的疑惑? water is detrimental to fresh catalyst; if water contacts the catalyst, it will weaken and turn into powder in the reactor. therefore, before the initial catalyst charge is loaded or after the previous load of catalyst has been dumped the reactor walls and internals should be dried. if any moisture is evident on any internal reactor surface it should be dried with towels or with dry air. an air hose connected to dry breathing air should then be lowered in the reactors to displace any moist air and keep moist outside air from entering. for reactor purging “dry” air is defined as either oil-free air having an atmospheric pressure water dew point of -18°c or a relative humidity of 30% at catalyst loading temperature, whichever is the lower.
