关于塔系器壁阀的设置 ? 各位大佬,关于塔系器壁阀的设置,感觉不同装置设计理念都不一样,催化的一般都有器壁阀;加氢的一般就是进出口压力盲板。我理解的是设置器壁阀,也有利于检修,也有开工蒸塔,不至于蒸汽到处乱窜。设置盲板主要是人员进塔时,完全隔离,避免泄露,有利于检修人员安全。也有的装置啥也不设置。我觉得设置器壁阀唯一不好的是,上游泵送过来的物料,在这个阀前要考虑关闭压力了,会造成管线等级升高。关于器壁阀设置有没有统一的要求规范呢?查看更多 1个回答 . 18人已关注
