求助!UPLC系统压力波动问题? 问题描述:waters UPLC 最近开机后用10% 甲醇 以及 乙腈 冲洗管路,压力有波动。在流速为0.1ml/min时,有大约7、80psi的波动,经过观察,波动的时间点是在听到机器一声“滋——”的声音后出现波动,interactive display界面显示在蓄集泵处出现压力的波动(原来维持在100psi左右,“滋——”一声后开始下降到30几psi左右,初级泵压力也相应上升了几十个psi)那个“滋——”一声响是泵吸液的声音吧?现在不清楚到底是泵、 单向阀 、柱塞还是别的什么东西出了问题,也不知道接下来该怎么办。不知哪位大侠能帮忙答疑解惑查看更多 3个回答 . 9人已关注
