变压吸附为什么要控制适宜的气流速度？转载？ 1、1楼说的我觉得有点问题，在我做过的工程设计中，气体在吸附塔内吸附状况下时，气体通过床层的流速及通过进出口阀门的流速都是比较小的，吸附剂粉化主要是在塔之间均压的过程中造成的，因为压差大的原因所以流速比较大。 2、3楼说的我也觉得有点问题，在吸附过程中如果不考虑成本及投资的话，吸附的速度越慢越好，其状况就可以越来越接近于静态吸附，而静态吸附的数据要比较动态吸附的数据大很多。查看更多 10个回答 . 1人已关注
