能耗与加工量关系？每套装置都可以分为固定能耗+随加工量变化的能耗。其中固定能耗包括设备、管线等散热损失，用电等设备的转换损失，仪表风消耗量等。这个数值并不随加工量大小而改变。可变能耗也不是线形关系，如循环水不可能关得流速很小。低负荷加热炉运行状况可能不好等。而且装置设计很多地方留有一些余地；所以满负荷或超负荷能耗会降低很多。 [ ]查看更多 13个回答 . 4人已关注
