导热油炉高位油槽温度高? 我公司 制氢装置 用导热油作为加热物质,目前导热油高位油槽温度一直偏高,在240度左右,装置为两个 反应器 ,导热油自燃气炉进装置后一份为2单独进各自反应器,换热后进入两个 油气分离器 ,气相进入高位油槽,液相进入各自导热油循环泵,,去年进行技改,把油气分离器合二为一换了一个大的,但是目前效果不明显,请教有没有好的方法。。。。谢谢查看更多 3个回答 . 2人已关注

The impellers are welded on a special device and submitted to overspeed testing after completion of processing. The entire rotor is balanced dynamically at operating speed. Installation of the unit 机组安装 4.1 Installation of the compressor unit 压缩机组安装 The base frame of the unit is aligned in terms of height and distance as well as in an exactly horizontal position by means of adjusting of the levelling screws below the base frame near the foundation bolts. When placing the unit on the frame special care has to be taken to ensure a parallel and centred position of the shaft. On principle, anchor bolts are supplied along with the product for our compressor units. In this way a stable connection with the foundation can be created right away. Rinsing can only be stopped if there is no dirt in the filter any more for a period of two hours. Prior to doing so apply some touch-up paste on one place of the axial bearing collar. In order to carry out the touching up, the rotor shall be rotated in the bearings by 360°, simultaneously pressing the rotor on the pressure ring with the tilting pads screwed on. 天然气:进口稳增 价格小落? 本文由 盖德化工论坛 转载自互联网 我国已成为世界第三大天然气消费国。2013年,我国天然气市场继续保持快速发展,表观消费量达到1676亿立方米,同比增长13.9%,比上年提高1.4个百分点。从供给看,天然气保持高产,估计达到1170亿立方米,同比增长8.6%。进口天然气达到530亿立方米,同比大增25%,对外依存度达到31.6%。   2014年,随着大气污染防治方案等环保政策的出台,各地煤改气和油改气项目将继续快速推进,我国天然气市场继续保持快速发展,天然气需求量将继续快速增长,供应形势较为紧张。天然气价改和环保政策影响日趋明显,城市燃气需求量继续保持领涨。天然气进口量大幅增长,进口价格将随着油价小幅回落。[需求快速增长供应偏紧]   受国家环保政策、管网建设等因素影响,2014年我国天然气市场仍将保持快速发展。国家出台的《大气污染防治行动计划》,推动多地取暖锅炉、工业锅炉煤改气项目快速发展,交通领域油改气快速推进,我国天然气需求量将快速增长,季节性用气特点更为突出。   2014年,我国主干、支干线及联络线管道建设将继续推进。中亚C线投产,中缅管道输气量增加,广西、云南等地天然气支线建设速度加快,河北、江苏、郑州等地联络线建设即将完工,我国 天然气管 网完善程度将得到进一步提高。   预计2014年我国天然气表观消费量将达到1860亿立方米,同比增长11.0%,增速较2013年下降3个百分点左右,在一次能源消费中所占比重有望达到6.3%。从产量上看,我国天然气产量稳定增长,有望达到1240亿立方米,同比增加6.0%。新疆庆华伊犁和大唐克旗煤制气产量稳定增加,煤制气产量有望超过20亿立方米。2014年我国国内气供应总量将达到1260亿立方米,我国天然气市场供需形势总体偏紧,进口气将在国内天然气供应中发挥重要作用。   价格与环保效应明显   随着价格改革和环保政策的推广,两大政策对天然气市场的影响日趋明显。2014年我国城市燃气需求量将继续快速增长,需求量仍将在各消费领域中保持领先。一方面,由于城市燃气管网的覆盖面扩大,居民生活用气量增加;另一方面,由于多地实施煤改气项目,供暖用气量将大幅增加。   此外,为缓解大气污染,LNG公交车、CNG出租车等天然气汽车数量增加。未来,供暖用气和交通用气有望成为天然气需求的主要增长点。   受天然气价格影响,尽管新的天然气发电项目相继投产运营,但发电用气量增长放缓。工业方面,受环保政策影响,煤炉改造速度加快,受价格影响,工业用气量增长速度有限。低附加值的化工行业,在天然气利用政策和价格政策的影响下,用气规模将继续收缩。   2014年,我国天然气进口总量将达到630亿立方米,比上年增长18.9%,占消费量的33.9%。随着中石化青岛LNG接收站、中海油海南LNG接收站、中海油广西防城港LNG接转储运中心的建成投运,我国LNG进口和储存转运能力得到进一步提升,估计进口量达到2160万吨(约合300亿立方米),同比增长20%。由于中缅管道输气量增加以及中亚C线投产,预计2014年管道气进口量达330亿立方米,比上年增长17.9%。   进口价格方面,受国际油价走低影响,管道气和LNG进口价格将小幅回落。查看更多 0个回答 . 3人已关注
