我仓促中帮朋友翻译的技术资料，请大家指导！？ 我的一些意见。不是专业人事，仅供参考讨论。保修部分今天没空看了。 首先，标书里“应”一般用shall （八）除尘系统制造、安装、验收标准 fabrication, installation and inspection standard for dust reduction (removal?) system 卖方确保提供给买方所有设备为全新的制造，未经使用的，符合技术参数要求的产品。供方同时应保证其提供的产品不受任何第三方对知识产权的追索及指控。生产制造按卖方制造标准进行，并符合国家大气与污染排放系列标准、通风设计系列标准和规范、通风除尘设备标准。安装、验收标准按技术协议及通风除尘安装规范。 除尘系统室内安装，卖方负责设备整体安装及调试，买方配合并提供安装所需吊车、梯子等起重设备。 the seller shall guarantee that all the equipments supplied to the vendee are brand-new and unused product in line with the technical specification requirement . at the same time, seller shall ensure that their products are beyond any third-party's claims and allegations (accusations) for intellectual property rights . the product fabrication shall be according to seller’s manufacturing standard as well as in accordance with the relative national emission standard for air pollutants, the relative codes and rules for ventilation design and the equipment standard. for the installation and inspection standard, it is in accordance with the technical agreement and the ventilation and dust removal equipment installation specification. the dust removal system shall be installed indoor. seller shall provide the complete installation and commissioning service; buyer shall cooperate and provide necessary crane, ladder and other lifting equipment s for installation. ( 九 ) 双吸式切割抽风平台 double suction air extracting platform for cutting 双吸式切割抽风平台，由卖方提供整体设计制造以及安装等。买方要按卖方提供的平台内部基础图进行室内基础建设工作。 买方负责将主电源送至卖方电控柜位置，除尘器所需的压缩空气（ 0.5 ～ 0.6mpa ）也由买方送至除尘器主机位置。卖方提供基础图将标出买方需提供的电源及气源所需要送到的位置。 for the double suction air extracting platform used for cutting, the seller shall provide the complete design, fabrication, installation and other service. the seller should do the indoor basic foundation building according to the buyer’s internal foundation drawing of the platform . the buyer shall provide the main power supply to the seller’s electrical cabinet and provide c ompressed air ( 0.5 ～ 0.6 mpa ) used for dust reduction system to t he principal machine of dust reduction system( 主语保持一致 ） . the seller should provide the basic drawing, which marks the places where the electricity and compressed air shall be supplied from the buyer. （十）验收资料 inspection documents 卖方交货时提供产品使用说明书，系统安装图纸各二套。 when delivering, the seller shall provide two copies of product operating instructions and system installation drawings. ( 十一 ) 培训 training 卖方负责免费现场培训买方操作、维护人员，具体培训时间双方协商确定。 the seller shall b e responsible for the site training to professional operators and maintainers without charge. the detailed time will be determined by both parties. ( 十二 ) 产品保修 product warranty 卖方保证不会因设备材料和工艺方面的缺陷，以及设计不完善而导致设备达不到技术规格要求。 该设备及部件，从签署现场验收合格之日起，如在壹年之内产品在正常使用的情况下出现故障，卖方负责在收到需方通知二日内到达现场进行调换或修理，由此发生的费用均由卖方承担。如卖方不履行上述保修义务，则应承担买方由此而引起的相应损失。 保修期外，卖方承诺能及时向买方提供质量合格、价格优惠的备品备件，并提供技术服务。 the seller warrants that the equipment supplied can reach the requirements of technical specification, free from defects in material and process and faulty design. for the equipment and its parts, when the equipment in regular usage is failure, the seller will come to site and change or repair the products after receiving buyer’s notice over two days. meanwhile, the related costs shall be paid by seller. the warranty period is one year from the date on which the acceptance certificate to the contract goods is signed between the seller and the buyer at the site. if seller fails to perform the product guarantee obligations, seller shall bear compensate relative loss due to it. beyond the guarantee period, seller promised to provide qualified spare parts delivery at best price and technology service on-time.
