关于GUIDE 的 GAP？ 回复 2# mliu-5 另一个论坛上的一位工程师回复如下：yes. the engineer who told you is right. the gap of 3 mm should not be considerer in stress calculation for new design. if checking the existing piping system, you may input the measured gap in the model. the reasons: 1. the gap is for installation 2. the gap is for pipe deforming (rotating) 3. the gap is set to avoid support knocking-off beams 4. the small gap like 2 or 3 mm is not guaranteed as shown in fabrication details. 5. the small gap may be closed after welding due to residual stress on welds for large gap as designed, say =10 mm, it is practical, you can input it in. 供参考查看更多
