怎么确定木质素的中间降解产物?各位好!最近收到审稿意见,说怎么确定 木质素 的中间降解产物。我在用木质素 还原剂 酸浸软锰矿(主要成分是MnO2),浸出溶液体系中估计有不同木质素中间降解产物。我过去是用GC-MS测量木质素中间产物的,但是审稿人说分析不清楚,不能简单地从m/z比确定中间产物,而且还要求写出反应方程式。木质素本身结构很复杂,个人觉得写出MnO2与木质素的具体化学反应方程式很有难度。我应该采取其他分析手段补充还是在目前GC-MS数据上继续深入探讨呢?各位有什么好的建议吗?先谢谢大家了!直接回帖或者发邮箱(shfxiong@163.com)都可。非常感谢!附部分审稿意见如下:The degradation products of lignin were not entirely clear from the data presented (Table 1 & Fig. 9) -- were these actually verified or are these simply inferred from the mass calculations? The authors state that some of the Fig.9 peaks (intensity vs. retention time) were relatively intensive (such as 3 and 4) though these were not significantly intense and others were more intense for which they do not give explanations (i.e. time < 5 mins, and time = 16 min); these issues need to resolved in their interpretations.
