盘片泵转速与流量问题求解? 今天试了一台老外的盘片泵,可以输送固体颗粒的那种,也属于 离心泵 的一种,效率比较低,30%左右,叶轮和开式的差不多。流量35m³/h,扬程41m,效率33%,电机18.5KW,2900r,试车时出口阀只能开到30%,而且流量达不到,出口开的越大,电流越高会超过电机额定值,但是流量上去了。咨询厂家说泵需要配2190r,于是我们加了台 变频器 ,将转速调整至2000r左右,出口阀可以全开,流量也达到了。我想知道为什么会这样,转速越高不应该流量越大吗,可以通过出口阀门控制流量,为什么转速降了,反而流量还升了那,介质是清水,真心求解?查看更多 7个回答 . 2人已关注
