Aspen模拟常减压出现干板?
塔内不能出现干板,常压炉进塔上一块板要有内回流,相当于过气化油,为原料的1~3%。造成干板的原因是侧线抽出量太大的或者回流取热量太小了。

安监总局:上半年全国事故死亡数同比降12.8%?
国家安监总局局长杨栋梁在17日召开的全国安全生产工作视频会议上说,今年上半年,全国事故起数和死亡人数同比分别下降3.7%和12.8%;重特大事故起数和死亡人数同比分别下降34.5%和52.2%。 同时,煤矿连续15个月没有发生特别重大事故;大部分地区、行业领域安全生产状况比较稳定。但是,全国安全生产形势依然严峻复杂。个别地区重特大事故上升,非法违法导致的较大以上事故占比较高,中央企业较大以上事故时有发生。 杨栋梁指出,下半年全国安全生产工作要建立健全“党政同责、一岗双责、齐抓共管”的安全生产责任体系;扎实推进煤矿安全生产治本攻坚;深入开展道路交通,危化品和烟花爆竹,油气输送管道、城市燃气和消防,尾矿库,应急救援和汛期安全防范等五项重点整治。
