一段话 -12？ 几点意见，仅供参考。 1. a quality plan containing all inspection stages and tests shall be submitted to the contractor for coment before commencement of fabrication. a qulity plan is required for each item and this must ,as a minimum, include all of the inspection stages stated in the enquiry/purchase documents or vessel specification sheet. stage好像没有点的意思吧，建议还是取“阶段”的意思，一般inspection都是分阶段的吧 enquiry document要再考虑一下，最开始应该是业主向verdor发询价文件或者招标文件，翻成咨询感觉不太好。 2.the contractor's duly authorised agents and/or representatives shall have free access to those sections of the vendor's facilitys and ,where necessary , any sub-vendors works utilised in any manner for the construction of vessels under this specification. this shall include the right of review of all records ,logs,reports,certificates etc., concerned or concerned in any manner with the construction of vessels under this specification. they may reject any work, materials or produce deemed defective or sub-standard. duly在合同和正式文本里都是“正式”的意思，section应该是区域，sub-vendor 是不是分供商？vendor's facilities 和sub-vendors works应该是并列关系。另外under this specificaiton是不是应该是修饰vessels的？certificate这里不一定是material certificate吧？deemed defective or sub-standard修饰的是前面三项吧，“有缺陷或不合格的工件、材料和产品”。 第一句：业主方正式授权代理和/或代表应能自由进入厂商设施所在区域，如果必要的话，还包括以任何方式用于该规范下容器制造的分供商部件所在区域。 3. be resposible for 还是译为“有责任”吧 5。facility还是翻译为“设施”吧，很少说“仪器”的 查看更多
