为什么原始开车生产出的尿素是黑色的? 原始开车系统清洗吹扫不彻底，或是co2中的h2s含量高都会导致尿素颜色发黑，我们的碳酸氢铵都开了几十年了，有时候在变换气硫含量高的时候，还会出灰色或黑色碳铵的。另外，请楼主或版主把标题重新编辑一下，使其变得更明朗点好吗？查看更多

机组低速暖机问题？不同机组，暖机转数不一，一般500-1000转，此转数下油膜形成较好，转数过高浪费蒸汽，暖机半小时，厂家给定时间暖机，没有判断依据，偶尔有的是看缸体温度，但是我只是听说没见过，暖机时间过长排气温度高对机组及表冷都有危害。查看更多

原料油—油浆换热器换热效果降低该怎样处理? 回复 1# 临风回眸油浆换热器结焦是比较麻烦的事情，一是适当加大阻垢剂的量来防止继续结焦；二是认为的给换热器一振动力（如敲击）来除焦或通入适量的惰性气体来增大换热器内的油浆扰动状态和线速来清扫焦子；三是加大油浆外甩来用较轻的油浆清洗携带；四是可以适当将油浆固含量提高，用油浆所携带的催化剂来清理系统（该法难度较大，要保持固含量不超8并且时间不易过长）；五若上述方法无效，只有切出换热器进行清理了，该法最稳妥并最有效查看更多
